Pros

Work environment was friendly and could relate to my coworkers well, corporate was also involved well with the community. The office was also nice and well maintained

Cons

The property was old so we dealt with a lot of bad maintenance issues. Of course, weekend availability for an entry position is also required which can take away a lot of your free time.
