I've had ample resources to be successful during my tenure, I enjoy the collaboration, and the willingness to evolve. There is a genuine goal to take care of people, whether that be employees or residents.

Cons

I wouldn't necessarily say it's a con, but growth and opportunities is a given at Trinity. If you work hard, you will be rewarded with new challenges, new roles, and new experiences. It's an amazing ride for those who are willing to put in the work.

Pros

The company culture is amazing. It's inclusive, progressive, and employee-oriented! The benefits you receive are also a HUGE plus (100% health insurance- ARE YOU KIDDING?!) Upper management and the executive team work hard on promoting within the company and there is always opportunity for growth with the rapid growth rate of the company. They have an amazing internship and future leadership program that "fast tracks" you to higher positions in a short period of time. The pay is very competitive. I love this company!

Cons

The ONE thing I could think of is to possibly adjust the employee ratio to apartment units. Even apartment communities that are 200 units and under get busy and can be overwhelming when you only have 2 employees in the leasing office.
