Awesome opportunity for a college student to make great pay while in college. If you perform well there are career opportunities to move into corporate.

Cons

Have to work weekends which is a bummer in college.

Pros

I loved helping potential residents find their next place to call home. Made lots of new friends with all of our residents. I still hear from many of them a year after my departure from TPC.

Cons

There's ongoing monthly training that became impossible to keep up with during the busy months which would effect your ability to claim certain commission.
