Pros

This is a diverse group geographically and functionally - even before Covid-19 - so there is a constant effort to improve systems to make the coordination of the work effort as seamless as possible. Culturally all opinions are encouraged and cross-pollenization can happen in just about any meeting.

Cons

As the group of companies is expanding the scope of some of it's work product the learning curve can be steep at times, in addition to the volume of projects and transactions that continue at an all-time high.

Pros

The training, guidance, and coaching that we receive from the corporate team is unbelievable. Trinity really does care about having an informed, educated, and trained on-site team that has the tools they need to do their jobs. My regional and VP are always an email or phone call away, making them accessible and approachable, which is refreshing given how ridged some other companies can be. I can't recommend this company enough.

Cons

Getting time off can be some what of a drag sometimes, but Trinity recently doubled the number of paid holidays so it looks like they are aware of the issue and are taking steps to address it.
