Overworked and Underpaid, Opportunities for advancement are often given to people with less experience or friends of the hiring managers. Very political company. Hard work doesn't actually pay off here. Some hiring managers will determine who they promote based on race. Some higher ups do not support their team or work against the on-site management which will make your job a little more difficult

Growth with Trinity Property Consultants is amazing. The culture of Trinity is the best I have been apart of. The resources Trinity provides to their employees is truly remarkable. Trinity is by far the greatest team I have had the privilege to join.

Pros

They give you $$$ for work clothing twice a year- one for winter one for fall. The properties are genuinely nice and well kept ONCE we take over. Work schedule.

Cons

This company is so hot and cold to me; just be careful is all. I don't want to blast them... but....
