- Bonus and compensation structure are very fair, company isn't afraid to bonus for good performance. - Friendly staff. - Vegas trip every year for managers. - Uniform allowance provided. - Health insurance is free. - Company very willing to make improvements to property if it can be justified. - Lots of growth opportunity.

Cons

- Heavy admin work, can make it difficult to manage the property while on the PC so often doing reports. - Property managers should be granted more financial authority on their site and be provided with more permissions in entrata. - Often there's a lack of training support and guidance, but it's improved since I've been here.

They give you the ability to make decisions and do not micromanage. Pay is great and employee benefits are paid!

Cons

Our industry is constantly changing and as we adapt to those changes they are not always communicated effectively to everyone.

Pros

-Progressive -Modern approach in the property management industy -Rate of pay -Communication is open and transparent -I don't feel like I am just a number, and my hard work does not go unnoticed -Upper management is great and easy to work with, and do what they can to help out site level employees -Bonus Structure is where it needs to be and is fair, while other companies seem to be making it difficult if not impossible to attain as well as decreasing overall income amount -Free health care for employees -Great new employee referral bonus potential

Cons

-We need more site level employees, especially maintenance employees -Currently understaffed across the board -Only 9 properties in the region -Unsure/unaware of any nonprofit charity assistance programs (I could be wrong though)
