      Pros

      Trinity prides itself on the "one team, one goal" motto. It is not just a saying at Trinity, it is something that is put in to practice on a daily basis. Anytime you have a question there is no shortage of people happy to help you find the answer. Trinity has its own in-house training department. They do an outstanding job of initially training and then providing on-going education and assistance to Trinity employees. The executive team is not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but they are also approachable and willing to help.

      Pros

      I have been a Trinity employee for over 8 years and I LOVE this company. The growth within the company over the past 8 years is super exciting. Sky is the limit! Everyone from the corporate office on down to the on-site teams are a pleasure to work for and with. Trinity offers amazing annual team building events as well as ongoing training for anyone looking to grow with the company. They also offer scholarships for continued education for you and your dependents. This is a very driven, exciting company to work for!
