The dysfunction is real

Pros

Proximity to county jobs. This company is contracted for the county jail and a reflects in the hiring process.

Cons

Very high turnover -team members can be hostile -management is big on favoritism -not a lot of growth opportunities

Pros

easy job, nice benefits, paid training, garunteed hours, accommodating to different religions

Cons

Allowed prison staff and officers to sexual harass me until I was forced to quit, asked me if I can come in after I had said I was admitted to the hospital for an emergency.

Pros

The only pro I can think of is the free food.

Cons

Management sucks no training/someone was recently fired for really no reason that could happen to anyone especially in a corrections environment, or at least the reason given. The boss shows favoritism to white people and is lazy. There by 9 am gone by 4
