Pros

The company manages to continue to attract good people to buy in their vision of the company. The salary is competitive and contributes to this recruitment success.

Cons

Attracting good talent with good pay is one thing but keeping them has been tough. Those that are real talented moved on under 2 years. The company covers the entire US, some regions are better than others, but all transactions and business decisions ultimately came to HQ in Oldsmar. The Work life balance there is horrible. The It operational systems vary from regions and a project to consolidate these systems was a major failure because executives do not understand the business system and no longer have the IT leadership required to acquire the knowledge. The current CEO has enjoyed the good reviews from the previous CEO while he is just a sorry excuse of a human being. He is strictly a number's guy who does not understand the financial systems that produce those numbers. What an irony? this guy is a real piece of work. HR is a joke and has violated so many federal employment laws while ensuring employees' silence that everyone is scared of being the next one to be setup and be brought up on charges. This is draconian system, the company provide food services for criminals and will not hesitate to turn you into one if you cross them the wrong way.

Pros

Incredible new print production equipment, decent benefits, overtime, fun corp. Events. CEO and founder were great, sales team mostly good to work with. Jim Long was best CEO ever, too bad things changed. Corp. legal advisor the best in the world, really!

Cons

Deadlines will pile up and it's always high pressure to get out proposals on time, as expected, but better SWOT analysis would prevent chasing work with no profit.

Pros

Small group of people, pretty much nothing else about this company is good! If they offer you a job run away and don't look back!

Cons

Long hours, not enough pay. Needs new management. What was offered in the interview changed on the first day. This location is so desperate for workers management posts an add almost everyday it seems. People are literally in and out of there, they are so under staffed. They lose employees why? Because management is rude and belittles you. They talk about other employees to other employees, and tell them they're person opinion. My boss literally told me he thought another employee was "retarded". They treat you like you're the inmate, and it feels like it with the long hours! Almost everyday is 12 hours, sometimes 16/17!!! Yes I said 16/17 hours! And they only let you go home for 10 hours and then it's back at it. They never tell you when you even might get off. Before employment They call you right back/answer your calls but once you become a trinity service group employee they ignore your phone calls/voice mails, even when there's MULTIPLE of them! Its not trinity service group, it's trinity service inmates.
