Pros

TKC is always actively trying to fill all open positions. As a a manager we are encouraged to consider associates that will need additional training in order to fill the positions. The training teams at TKC are great to work with. This is a great company to work with if you are just coming into food service or have 20 years of experience. The facility I work with is laid back. Everyone gets along great and its a pretty easy job overall.

Like all companies right now things are understaffed at no fault of TKC.
