Benefits are decent, the company is in a state of growth and change so there are many potential areas for growth. IF you have some talent you can move up the ladder fairly quickly, esp in the field.

Cons

The constant change in goals and leadership makes it hard to know what is coming next, especially since the a different person from the head office may call you for something every single week. If you are out at a location, be prepared to hear all sorts of terrible things from inmates since this company does business only in prisons.

Hostile the Inmates were not hostile, but the staff working for Trinity Food Group were hostile

The pay was good, for what had to be done.

Cons

, Inmates were easy to get along with, but some of the staff members were very difficult to work with very unfriendly to the point of making working there very hard.
