So many. Starting with many benefits including good medical, flex spend accounts, bonuses, and a rewards program. Company paid holidays and if the State is closed for another holiday, you may have the day off as well(on call). Also, the typical schedule is Monday thru Friday! The company gives their leaders freedom to achieve good results. I started with a two week training experience, which was fully paid for, where I learned everything needed to jump in and effectively run the warehouse. They also have a very good support team that is always there to help answer questions and fix any errors quickly and without judgement!
