Cons

Work in all type of weather rain, snow doesn’t matter! Knocking doors until late at night when people are having dinner. If you don’t make quota one month - they’ll let you go!

Pros

Managers are nice people. Very understanding and flexible. Work day ends at 4pm and no one expects you to stay later. Once you know what you are doing there is not a huge amount of supervision or micromanagement. Very supportive management when dealing with difficult customers.

Cons

The company is big so changes take very long. Customers get frustrated with the timeline and most of the time is because there are lags in many departments within the company.
