Lucrative income for sales, even entry level offers commissions. Resources and processes for reps to learn fast in the canvassing division. Leadership development is a focus and they offer a course and extra initiatives to develop.

Cons

Turn over due to many ppl not understanding this is performance based. Competitive industry.

Company treats installers and sales personnel well. They are trying to improve technology platforms.

Cons

Total lack of planning technology improvements. No agreement from various business areas on direction. Systems are built in a vacuum without a comprehensive, agreed on strategy from the business people who have to use the systems. Instead, upper management makes all the decisions.
