      Pros

      Trinity solar has treated me better than any other employer of my life. There’s no wage gap for gender. Management is amazing. We are more like a family than a job.

      Cons

      I can’t complain. Whenever a problem does arise, it is fixed very quickly. I’ve been here 7 1/2 years and plan to stay til I retire.

      I love working for Trinity Solar. I began my journey here not knowing anything about solar or Door to Door sales. The company offers ongoing training and support, which is extremely vital in this position. My team is phenomenal with amazing human beings that I now call my family. This is an opportunity that helps homeowners qualify for a program that provides them with a reduced cost of living and I'm building relationships along the way, which is fulfilling and rewarding. I've found my purpose in life with Trinity Solar. They stand behind their core values, which align with me on a personal level.

      Cons

      In the beginning, this job can be very difficult. Having a strong mindset and maintaining that strong mindset throughout is crucial.
