Pros

The people are really great. Being in solar energy is really a great place to be. I love helping to save the environment. I believe in the product. I believe the company has customers and the environment's best interest at heart overall.

Cons

As it grows larger, the family owned business is not what it used to be. It lacks communications across the company and teams. There is a disconnect between sales and operations constantly instead of finding better ways to work together. I don't feel that women will ever really have empowerment.

Not great

Pros

Potential for significant earnings at a cost.

Cons

Training from 11am-12pm, 2 hour "break" to get to your territory and plan your route, work from 2-8:30. They make sure you clock out at 12 so that if you get in an accident they are not liable.

Thank you for this feedback. It is unfortunate that you did not have a positive experience with the company. Management may advise employees to clock out during their breaks, depending on the department and position that you are in for reasons as for being able to take a lunch. We wish you the best of luck on your future endeavors.
