Pros

Good management and work Environment. People at the company are pretty cool and if you have question they will answer

Cons

It’s a hard job deal with a lot of negativity outside of the office and many people will simply curse and yell at you just for saying hello sometimes

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we appreciate your perspective. We’re glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with management and your coworkers, and that you feel supported when asking questions. That kind of environment is something we strive to maintain. At the same time, we understand your point about the challenges of interacting with the public. Door-to-door outreach can be tough, and not every interaction is positive. Your suggestion around setting clearer expectations and providing more guidance on approach and communication is valuable, especially for helping new team members feel more prepared. Thank you again for your input—it helps us continue to improve how we support our teams in the field.

Pros

Toughens you up like nothing else.

Cons

Everything else. There is barely time to eat, the hours are ridiculous, and the stress for hitting quotas are constant.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we appreciate your candor. We understand your point about the role building resilience and pushing individuals outside of their comfort zones. At the same time, we’re concerned to hear about your experience with long hours, high stress, and limited time for basic breaks during the day. Creating a sustainable work environment where team members can perform at a high level without feeling overwhelmed is extremely important. Your feedback highlights the need to continue improving how we balance performance expectations with overall well-being, as well as ensuring our culture remains professional, respectful, and inclusive. We appreciate you sharing your perspective—it helps us better understand where meaningful changes are needed.
