      Remote work Monday through Friday Salary plus commissions Good benefits

      Cons

      You are just a number Somewhat impersonal environment because everyone is remote Commissions sometimes dont get paid out and you have to follow up to get them You cannot track your commissions unless you personally do it Management seems to be all women, and all former call center employees

      Pros

      Management really cares about their employees which is rare. The culture at Trinity is incredible. There is huge opportunity for advancement and career growth. Compensation is some of the best in the industry. Excellent work/life balance. They give you all the tools you need to succeed.

      Cons

      Not many at all. Working a portion of the day outside may not be for everyone. If you don’t want to be behind a desk all day though it’s for you.

      Pros

      I'm a new employee but looking at what team leads make is bananas... And that's knocking doors.... Walked over 6 miles yesterday. Sky's the limit in commission, great base pay. Your usually solo in the field which I like cause we've all had those co-workers before.... management is great, inspirational, and sharp. Looking forward to wear weather!

      Cons

      Lots of rejection people tell you to get lost often, weather can get you down.
