Pros

Compensation can be amazing if you succeed. Great benefits. Good training program.

Cons

Can be a waste of time if you can’t sell. Rejection on the daily. Their practices also feel very unethical at times.

Pros

Good Benefits - After 3 Months You get what you put into it You are not stuck to an office

Cons

Unpredictable. Leadership and training are lacking. You are by yourself in the field - and getting off the rookie team is brutal since the territory has been gone through so many other solar companies and trinity outreach representatives. Leadership positions are only based on leads, not actual teaching capabilities. You will have to get your mind around the fact that you will be outside, all day no matter the weather. No consistent pay. You will have to put a lot of time outside your current work hours Be ready to drive
