Positive mission, good product, warm community, caring leadership, great earning potential and growth or longevity. Definitely is a place you can be proud to work and feel good about what you are doing for the customers.

Cons

Not a place to be a warm body and just clock in to get hours. This is a career that requires you to learn and grow.

I am lucky enough to work for a fantastic and supportive team. I think this team/family mindset comes from the top and the culture they have in place. Compensation is excellent, benefits are great but most of all I actually love coming to work every day. If you are looking to grow, they provide you with what you need. Its also great to know you are in an industry that is expedentially growing.

Cons

After working organizations for over 20 years, I have nothing but great things to say about this company.
