Pros

The compensation is ok, but the amount of BS you have to go through to get it is not worth it. There are better companies.

Cons

Don’t believe the hype and don’t drink the cool aid!! You’ll hear all sorts of slogans like GPM and God People Money. It’s all a façade. It really stands for Greed Power Money. They will consistently screw you over with your pay every chance they can. And, if you think they’ll help your job move forwards install, your in for a big surprise. This company continues to say they install all their customers when actually the sub contract almost every job to the lowest bidder and then all your customers are pissed about the horrible install and all the problems that come with it. Stay clear and far away from this wolf in sheep’s clothing. They also screwed over 100’s of employee’s when Covid hit by firing them and not paying them the money they owed them.
