Pros
Although Trinity has grown radically in the last few years, its clear that the owners still strive to put people first. You're not just a number at Trinity, you're treated like part of a family. Good benefits, plenty of room for advancement, all while working with a great group of people. I've personally recommended many of my friends and family not only for solar from Trinity, but careers as well. I plan on spending my career with Trinity Solar.
Cons
People love to complain no matter where they work, but I'm not going to nit-pick small issues. There's really nothing major, or worth mentioning. Just the occasional co-worker with odd personality; but that's to be expected in any office setting.
