Pros

Guaranteed salary, work independently , growing industry.

Cons

100 % Cold calling. Inconsistent management. Redundant daily meetings. Start with zero every month, not a sales position with progressive growth.

Pros

They pay for training and half upfront for 2 months

Cons

They are like used car salesmen. They take advantage of their customers and lie to them. The management only cares about laceing their own pockets. Even though your on straight commission they drill you to adhere to their made up as you go quotas . They drill you to work on Sundays. The lease option they have is a rip off to the customers. They PAY you the LOWEST per KW in the industry. Seriously there are way better companies to work for! They force you to sign a noncompete after your your halfway through the training. They have favorites that quotas don’t apply to. They force you to drive out of state for meetings and don’t even provide a cup of coffee. Only the managers get coffee and lunch.
