      Been in business for 25 years.

      Cons

      Disorganized and inexperienced leadership. Corporate is becoming more and more disconnected from field as company grows faster. Everything is reactive more than proactive. GPM is Modo yet this couldn’t be farther from the truth. High turn over and small % of sales team actually makes good money. Tons of people here are looking for other opportunities. Too many employees that are under qualified and for some reason management isn’t strong enough to make tough decisions.

      The opportunity to make money seems good.

      Cons

      Management does not have a lot of LIFE Experience. The constant connection via Slack, Text Messaging, Emails, Meetings, etc, makes it hard to balance life. Waiting to get paid 3 months if also a hinderance. If you want to take. Vacation BEWARE of getting demoted if your #s go down. The compensation structure is always changing & since Salespeople are a W2 employee you technically can’t write off mileage or other business expenses!!!
