Pros
I'm a new employee but looking at what team leads make is bananas... And that's knocking doors.... Walked over 6 miles yesterday. Sky's the limit in commission, great base pay. Your usually solo in the field which I like cause we've all had those co-workers before.... management is great, inspirational, and sharp. Looking forward to wear weather!
Cons
Lots of rejection people tell you to get lost often, weather can get you down.
