      The culture throughout this company is like no other that I've been a part of. Complete team atmosphere, and the support here is what you look for in a company. We actually care about helping people make the best decisions for themselves and their home, and we're taught to do our job the right way! It is so much fun to be a part of!

      Cons

      I don't get to see everyone on our team as much as I wish I could. This job keeps me so busy, but being busy is great when your helping homeowners and making a great living!

      Pros

      I've never worked anywhere with as great a culture as Trinity Solar. It's like a family more than a workplace. It's truly a great place to work and the they're services are the most elite. They offer lots of support and have awesome incentives along with tons of recognition for all your hard work. Being able to help people while making great money is so rewarding. I'm so thankful to have the opportunity to be apart of this team and can't wait to see what's in store for their future since I know it's bound to be a great one.
