Pros

I have 30 years experience in operations, sales, and hr and during that time I have heard many companies give lip service to "we care about our people" but until I started working for Trinity, I had never actually seen it in action on a daily basis. I have made more money here than anywhere I have worked, but more importantly, the owners truly care about their people. It's a privately held company that answers to no one but the customer and employee. I've been in dozens of meeting where upper management is proposing changes that would affect the sales force, and the owner of the company is the one to always ask about how this will impact people before he allows the decision to be made. After a year, I still shake my head and wonder if this is real.

Cons

Because it is privately held, everything goes through the owner, but this beats having to wait for a board or committee any day. No one is more accessible than Tommy.

Family Culture, Positive Environment, High moral integrity, Opportunity for Advancement, Great Pay.

Cons

No company is perfect and there is always room to improve. Over all, Trinity is a great place to work.

No structure, no future, and no support

Pros

Lots of good people. Still needs enough help where new ideas are generally taken into consideration by upper management.

Cons

Sales reps don't know what they're getting themselves into when starting with Trinity. Starting pay for reps is below average, but management is paid way worse than anywhere else in Solar. If u have a family to support, DONT work at Trinity. Shouting about their slogan GPM "God People Money" only matters if its followed up with actions that show they mean it. Promotions only come in more responsibility and ur told to "serve your office" so you feel guilty asking ur manager for more pay. Trinity will hire just about anyone because they're desperate, and I know people they rehired that were fired for drug use, sexual harassment, and sexual assault. They background check sales reps but clearly still let scary people in. There's a lot of solar companies that can offer a good culture, growth, and operations too, so I'd suggest you look there instead.
