      Great office environment. Health Benefits from the company, great managers. In charge of your own business. Flexible hours it’s up to you to be succesful

      Have to knock on doors, most people aren’t home until 5 o’clock and you start knocking pretty early. Unpredictable salary

      After a long career in sales and business development I had always felt as if my employers really didn’t deserve my best. The places that were great to work didn’t challenge me and the places that engaged me weren’t great places to work. Trinity solar has given me both and more. I have never worked at a company that cares more about its employees. Every day decisions revolve around what’s best for everyone and hard work never goes unnoticed. The culture is simply amazing and working in the clean energy sector really lets me feel like I’m doing something with my life.

      Cons

      Work will always be work. I don’t think there’s anything about this company specifically that I could say is truly negative.
