I started at Trinity Solar as a Door to Door salesman (a job I have never done before working at Trinity Solar). Trinity Solar had a 3 day intensive training. I was able to absorb a lot, and I carried these skills into the field. As well, the management was more than willing to mentor me, coach me, and show me all the ropes. They were there to make sure I was successful. Since starting in door to door sales, I have worked my way to a management position. This company really gives you the tools, resources, and steps to succeed in this company. The best part of all, it is owned and operated by the founding brothers which has created and instilled a family/friendly atmosphere. I truly enjoy being able to show up to work and work with the people around me. It truly makes it a career and not just a job.

Trinity has not only given me skills on how to help families in CT they have also helped me to improve as a person. The feeling here is really like family and the people above you want nothing more than to help you become successful. On top of all that the money you can make is great! God, people, money!!
