Pros

flexible schedule, great pay, learn a lot about customer service and sales not from the company but from your own experience with people while working

Cons

no work life balance, little support from management, no upward mobility, lots of work off the clock, favoritism, working in all conditions (from 10 to 100 degrees, from blizzards to heat waves) company doesn’t care if your health is at stake or if you get into accidents. lots of driving as well if you want to do well at the job. they burn you out until you are no longer useful to them

Pros

Great learning experience and pretty decent money if you’re able to make it.

Cons

The company only looked at a specific set of metrics to grow their employees. Company was not as genuine as it seemed after working for a year.

Pros

The company did a great job with matching 401k up to I believe 6%, as well as investing in their employees to move forward within their respective fields/careers. In my case, they paid for CompTIA testing and supported us growing into specific roles, as well as allowing us to switch departments if desired in some cases.

Cons

Some of the upper management was very difficult to work with. The CEO, CFO, and many other people were absolute joys to work for, but there were some standout examples of people to avoid if possible.
