      Been in business for 25 years.

      Cons

      Disorganized and inexperienced leadership. Corporate is becoming more and more disconnected from field as company grows faster. Everything is reactive more than proactive. GPM is Modo yet this couldn’t be farther from the truth. High turn over and small % of sales team actually makes good money. Tons of people here are looking for other opportunities. Too many employees that are under qualified and for some reason management isn’t strong enough to make tough decisions.

      Forces canvassers to to strong-arm homeowners into solar appointments by making them work on an entirely commission-based pay structure.

      The culture throughout this company is like no other that I've been a part of. Complete team atmosphere, and the support here is what you look for in a company. We actually care about helping people make the best decisions for themselves and their home, and we're taught to do our job the right way! It is so much fun to be a part of!

      Cons

      I don't get to see everyone on our team as much as I wish I could. This job keeps me so busy, but being busy is great when your helping homeowners and making a great living!
