Pros

Like everyone says, friendly and high energy employees. However they are usually feeding off the future successes the company promises them and all the hypnotic, motivational speeches they are fed over and over. They like to dangle carrots in front of you. It starts off innocent enough but after a while you start to smell the same old BS.

Cons

Poor REAL pay. Use all your personal time and effort to "Master your own self and be a leader" aka "Its up to you to help us sell our dishonest business model and when you cant, its your fault and you were not motivated enough" They like to dangle carrots in front of you. It starts off innocent enough but after a while you start to smell the same old BS. Travel in your own car = depreciation of your vehicle = a liability and a subtraction from your "great pay" Then come the social stresses and trappings, that usually accompany a pyramid based company. Things that are required of you, if you wish to 'fit in' and not be criticized: YOU must buy solar panels too (sound like Amway?) Buy your own materials like an iPad (because its YOUR business and YOU are in charge) (a great way of blowing smoke up your butt in order to get you to absorb the cost by manipulating your ego) (aka 'gas lighting') You must recruit new employees( c'mon, annoy your friends) (Amway) Pressure your friends and family to buy solar panels (great for relationships) Go to every office event/networking event/social event (exhausting) Spend all your time chasing the carrots they dangle in front of you (wake up!) Hide behind "Christian Principles" but support a lying and greedy company that pays poorly and steals your time. Anyone remember what "Job" means in the bible? Yes, it means "Slave" Post on Social media all day long about how you love your job (passive advertising in an attempt to get more sales/bonuses/credit etc.)

Pros

There are some really great people that work at entry to mid-level positions that are great to have in your life both in and out of work

Cons

Inability to get paid on time or in full Nepotism They wave "Christian Values" around as an attempt to portray themselves in a positive light to get sales and and recruits but when you have access to upper management and their beliefs, nothing could be further from the truth.
