* Base salary on a commission-based job *401K and benefits * Decent Commission * Positive office work environment and culture * Develop social skills in tough situations. * Strong support network

Cons

* Tough sales goals * Overmarketed neighborhoods * Tough hours. Knocking after dark. * Little PTO * Little room for advancement * Works on Saturdays, pushback if needs this day off once in a while

Management structure - the best workers are promoted rather than people with leadership skills leading to poor management and structure. Company consistency is poor. Constant changes in company structure and objectives.
