      It's a decent job for what it is, but you're not going to be paid a living wage.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment, nice coworkers, decent insurance.

      Cons

      The sales reps get all the money in this company, and everyone who works behind the scenes gets peanuts. No bonuses, no cost of living raises, nothing. People who have been with the company for 5+ years are only making a dollar or so more than people who just got hired in last week.

      Very poor management and outdated technical mentality

      Salary is fair and 0 issues getting paid on time

      Extremely poor leadership. Very outdated views on proper technology processes. Absolutely 0 diversity and inclusion (Leadership is highly dominated by one race only). 0 growth opportunity. Benefits are outdated, not competitive. Grew almost nothing in my professional career during my time at Trinity. Extremely unprofessional work environment and leadership. Don't tend to use this term lightly, by I heard more than three people refer to the culture as "toxic" after they left, I agree. I also witnessed the treatment of female coworkers as unprofessional. During my time, two out of three females colleagues left the company.
