Pros

Starting pay is good. Not too bad. Great crew to work with. Willing to help you out when having trouble. As long as you work hard and put in effort they will be willing to help you out. Work in different residential locations.

Cons

The work can be very hard and physical on the body. Work in very cold and hot climate.

Pros

Money if you can do well. Get paid $1,000 weekly that’s gross not net.

Cons

You wont get the job unless you pass a pitch test. If you don’t get 8 appointments in a week you have 3 week do that if you don’t pass that then you wont get the job. No support system to help you.
