Pay is okay, but don’t sell your soul.

Cons

Working for this company is like slave labor. They expect you to knock doors in the freezing cold and if you’re 1 minute late to a meeting or to the field you’ll get unpaid suspension. Talk about not being allowed to have a life, family, traffic or any leeway. Expect to be constantly stressed from the long hours and clients slamming the door in your face or threatening your life to get off their property. They’ll also screw up your paycheck and you won’t be able to reach anyone at payroll. Don’t waste your time here.

Easy work to do. Very repetitive.

Cons

Micro management, poor leadership within department. Light work load, you’re given busy work randomly. Will cross train you to cover absences in other departments. Site crews get complaints from customers for sleeping on the job.
