Thank you for sharing your experience—we really appreciate your thoughtful and balanced feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with management, compensation, and benefits. At the same time, we understand that field sales can be a demanding role, with long hours, challenging conditions, and a significant time commitment. We also hear your concerns around the timing of PTO and healthcare eligibility, and we recognize how important early access to these benefits can be. Feedback like yours is valuable as we continue to evaluate and improve the overall employee experience. Thank you again for your input—it helps us better support our teams.

Pros

-Coworkers (anyone not at the management/director/c-suite level) are super nice and supportive

Cons

-Management doesn’t know what they’re doing and belittle you publicly for their errors -Trying to have work-life balance (working normal 40 hour work week) means you are not committed and will be targeted during layoffs -You will not get credited for your good ideas -Micromanagement means every minute of your day will be reviewed and judged harshly

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you found support among your peers—having strong, collaborative teams is something we truly value. At the same time, we’re very sorry to hear about your concerns regarding management, communication, and overall workplace experience. Feedback around feeling undervalued, micromanaged, or disrespected is taken seriously, as it does not reflect the environment we aim to create. We understand how important work-life balance, recognition, and respectful leadership are, and we acknowledge there is more work to be done in these areas. Your comments have been shared with leadership for review. Thank you again for your honest feedback—it helps us identify opportunities to improve and create a better experience for all employees.
