      Pros

      Trinity has a very strong onboarding process, including intense training to get you into the field. There is a strong sense of camaraderie and help rather than competition among employees. There are plenty of opportunities to succeed and grow, with the potential to earn more than careers that require post graduate and doctoral degrees. You’re helping the environment and you are helping homeowners save on there. Electrical cost, which allows them more freedom to live their lives.

      Cons

      Your success is based on your ability to work hard and be coachable. If you can’t do both of those things, success is more difficult. If you can, the sky is the limit.

      I love working for Trinity Solar. I began my journey here not knowing anything about solar or Door to Door sales. The company offers ongoing training and support, which is extremely vital in this position. My team is phenomenal with amazing human beings that I now call my family. This is an opportunity that helps homeowners qualify for a program that provides them with a reduced cost of living and I'm building relationships along the way, which is fulfilling and rewarding. I've found my purpose in life with Trinity Solar. They stand behind their core values, which align with me on a personal level.

      Cons

      In the beginning, this job can be very difficult. Having a strong mindset and maintaining that strong mindset throughout is crucial.
