Pros
A good work life balance, opportunity to earn a 6 figure salary, great company morale, opportunity for advancement, 401k match, PTO and health insurance. All in all a great place to work with lots of opportunities. Management is very supportive and will help you get to where you need to be. Also, they don’t micro manage you which is rare in most sales jobs. The job is what you make of it, you get to build your own paycheck so it’s all entirely up to you. They’re not only very fair, it’s a fun place to work as well!
Cons
It’s outside, which can get challenging in the winter months.
