Great training program for entry level sales reps. Great compensation if you put in the work. Great team culture. Management put a lot of time and effort into professionally developing individuals that are eager to learn. Very much a job where you get out what you put in.

Cons

Not for everyone, have to be willing to work hard to see the rewards.
