      Good Opportunity but with difficulties

      Pros

      Pay was solid and on a weekly basis. Lots of room for growth and moving up if you’re willing to work hard and stick around. Generally encouraging vibe.

      Cons

      Difficult work-life balance, hustle culture bordered on toxic. Too much travel time. Very low amount of diversity (at least in leadership positions).
