Pros

Great management, great first sales job. Great character development.

Cons

The hours were a con, but it is expected of a door to door role.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we appreciate your perspective. We’re glad to hear that you had a positive experience with management and found the role to be a strong starting point in sales, as well as valuable for personal growth. Those are things we strive to provide for our team members. At the same time, we understand your point about the hours. Door-to-door roles can be demanding, and we recognize the importance of continuing to find the right balance while setting our teams up for success. Thank you again for your input—it’s valuable as we continue to improve the overall experience.

Pros

The colleagues and peers at this company are generally talented, collaborative, and supportive, which makes the day-to-day work with the team enjoyable.

Cons

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the technology leadership. The Chief Information Officer consistently demonstrates a lack of respect toward employees, creating an environment where people feel undervalued and demeaned. Communication is often dismissive, and leadership behavior undermines morale rather than motivating teams. I would strongly caution anyone considering a technology role here to look beyond compensation. No salary or title is worth sacrificing personal dignity and self-respect. A respectful culture starts at the top, and in this case, it is clearly lacking.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—we appreciate your thoughtful and candid feedback. We’re glad to hear that you had a positive experience working alongside your colleagues and found the team to be collaborative and supportive. That kind of environment is something we value and strive to maintain across the organization. At the same time, we are very concerned by the feedback you’ve shared regarding leadership within the technology organization. A culture of respect, professionalism, and accountability is essential, and the experience you’ve described does not reflect the standards we expect. Leadership sets the tone, and it’s critical that all employees feel valued, heard, and treated with dignity. Your feedback reinforces the importance of strong, respectful leadership at every level, and it will be taken seriously as we continue evaluating and improving our workplace culture. Thank you again for sharing your perspective—it’s an important part of helping us move forward.

Pros

Uncapped commission, wonderful coworkers, get to stay active.

Cons

I often finished my work day an hour or more away from home, so between actual work and commuting, a work day was around a 12 hour commitment daily. The people who last here are the ones who don't really have a family life or hobbies. I lasted two months before it completely crushed me.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—we truly appreciate your honesty. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the uncapped earning potential, the team environment, and the active nature of the role. Those are all important aspects of what we aim to provide. At the same time, we understand your concerns regarding long days and the impact that travel and scheduling can have on work-life balance. We recognize that the demands of the role aren’t the right fit for everyone, and feedback like yours highlights the importance of continuing to evaluate how we structure territories, schedules, and expectations to better support our team members. We appreciate you sharing your perspective, and we wish you the best in finding a role that aligns with your personal and professional priorities.
