Pros

The base pay and room for financial growth is no joke. I saw people’s lives change in an extremely short amount of time because of how great the pay is. Work environment in the office is great, very supportive.

Cons

It’s not an easy job, they say a lot that it’s the “hardest easy job you’ll ever have” but in reality it’s not for everyone. it can be very very long days, difficult commutes, and unpleasant interactions with customers (and sometimes law enforcement). if it works for you it can be the best job you’ll ever have, if not unfortunately, it can get very mentally draining and challenging FAST.
