Pros

Easy to join Paid Traning Good Money Flexible Schedule

Cons

Relatively high turnover Payment system, wasn't the smoothest (You must know the time submit deals or you will have to wait a whole another week to get paid.) Misinformation in training (Like roof insurance last the lifetime of the panel. I found this out after I have told customers the wrong information. I felt horrible. Know the facts yourself)

Not a great place to work

Pros

There are none in my opinion.

Cons

A very small percentage of people make reasonable salaries here, it's 100% commission which rarely works out in the employees favor, the management is incapable of getting even the simplest of tasks accomplished, the management does not take concerns of the employees into any sort of consideration, 90% of employees quit within the first couple of months (which is why they will hire almost anyone), they require you to buy an iPad with a data plan (which they pay for none of and will cost you a lot of money, most likely more than you make in the long run) and lastly, pay is unsteady and uncertain meaning there are weeks you don't make money (most of them) and you end up foot the dollar for them to get free door to door advertising from you.
