      Entry level Sales fast growth opportunity for those willing to put the work in

      Pros

      Trinity Solar has great base salary with added commission. Very positive work environment. The company only promotes from within, I was promoted out of the entry level after being here for 5 months. This only happens for hard working individuals who are willing to show up every day and put in 100% effort.

      Cons

      Working in the elements if poorly prepared, extremely competitive environment. There is an adjustment period for the first 2 to 4 weeks.

      Pros

      The coaching from management never ends and they are always providing the best practices. Growth opportunities are abundant and they always promote from within! The job comes with a lot of hard work but also a lot of rewards to those willing to put that work in!

      Cons

      Any downside has been a result of myself not giving my all at one point or another. When refocusing my energy things get better.
