Despite still being a small company, on a daily basis, Trio always seemed to be very connected with its developers, always trying to allocate us to projects that fit each person and never pushing us to clients that don't worth it. It provides several meetings with relevant themes, always seeking to improve our career in hard skills and soft skills.
