Friendly staff, thats all. Nice office.

Cons

- customers are very abusive. - higher departments don't care about agents. - burn out due to bad communication + horrible customers. - customers problem are never solved.

Pros

1. Great balance between work hours and personal life. 2. Multicultural environment that makes it a very interesting place to work.

Cons

1. Bad leaders, who don't understand their team and provide fake information not aligned with business policy, solely to improve their statistics by pressuring their team. 2. No transparency in promotions to higher positions. Even if the business has critical needs, they don't take them seriously in promotions. They'll choose the person who is more connected.
