I can truly feel that the company cares about us. During the peak season, even when the war was ongoing, the entire management team came to our workplace to personally hand out small gifts and express their appreciation for our hard work. That gesture meant a lot to us and really strengthened my sense of belonging and connection to the company <3 the top leaders that we met are also very down to earth, highly recommended
