Working here has given me exposure to colleagues across different regions such as China, Japan, Korea and I have learned a lot from cross-cultural projects. The environment is very dynamic. There are always new initiatives. Locally, the Bangkok site has a supportive atmosphere with team-building activities and recognition events that make people feel connected. I also appreciate the benefits such as EAP support, which show the company genuinely cares about employee well-being.
