      Free tea/ coffee, free food on some occasions , friendly collegues.

      Cons

      Poor communication between teams, also from Team leaders to their team. Timing and numbers more important than employees, 1 minute lateness will count more than you doing unpaid overtime for half an hour. Confusing procedures, not clearly explained so if you ask a question to different people you will have different answers.
